Unfolds in Seconds. Stores in Inches.
Most full-body red light setups require a permanent installation, a dedicated room, or thousands in contractor fees. The Light Therapy Pod folds flat and stores in a closet, under a bed, or against a wall. Set it up wherever you have floor space — bedroom, garage, living room — and fold it away when you're done. No mounting hardware. No electrician. No excuses to skip a session.

Common FAQs
The pod uses two wavelengths — 660nm (red light) and 850nm (near-infrared) — in a 1:2 ratio. Red light targets skin and surface tissue, while near-infrared penetrates deeper into muscles and joints. This dual-wavelength approach covers both surface-level and deep-tissue recovery in a single session.
Most sessions run 10–20 minutes. The built-in timer lets you set your preferred duration. Start with shorter sessions (10 minutes) and work up from there as your body adjusts.
The POD18 PRO (71" × 32") is designed for complete head-to-toe coverage and accommodates users of all heights. The POD16 PRO (63" × 24") is ideal for targeted recovery, smaller spaces, or users under about 5'6". Both have the same wavelengths, controls, and features — the difference is coverage area and footprint.
Absolutely — that's exactly what it's designed for. The most effective protocol is heat first (sauna session), then light (pod session). Heat increases circulation and opens tissue, which may enhance how your body responds to red and near-infrared light. Many users do a 20–30 minute sauna session followed by a 10–20 minute pod session.
A panel targets one area at a time — you stand or sit in front of it and treat specific zones. The pod wraps around your entire body for full, even coverage while you lay flat. If you want to treat your whole body hands-free, the pod is the better fit. If you want targeted treatment for a specific area (face, shoulder, knee), a panel gives you more precision.
Yes. The pod folds flat and can be stored in a closet, under a bed, or against a wall. No permanent installation or dedicated space required.
We recommend using the included protective eyewear during sessions, especially when the pod is at full brightness. While red and near-infrared light is not UV light, prolonged direct eye exposure at close range should be avoided.
The POD18 PRO draws up to 320W and the POD16 PRO draws up to 220W. Both run on 24V DC via the included power adapter, which plugs into a standard household outlet. No special wiring or dedicated circuits required.
