Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your Sweat Tent isn't right for you, we offer a 60-day return window from your order date.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Complete with all original tags, parts, and accessories

Items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a reduced refund or may not be eligible for a refund. All returns are inspected upon arrival at our facility.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This covers return processing, inspection, and repackaging.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is covered at no cost to you. Once your return is approved, you'll receive a prepaid return label.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessories (gloves, benches, rocks, rock holders, thermometers, bucket & ladles, roof covers)
  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made products
  • Gifts with purchase
  • Completed exchanges (all exchanges are final)
  • International orders (orders shipped outside the United States)

Refund Processing

Once your return arrives at our facility, our team will inspect the item and notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method. Most refunds appear within 3–5 business days, though timing may vary by bank or card issuer.

Damaged on Arrival

If your Sweat Tent arrives damaged during shipping, the resolution depends on whether you purchased Checkout+ (shipping protection) at checkout.

With Checkout+: You are fully covered. We recommend reporting damage within 7 days of delivery, but we will review claims submitted after that window. Submit a claim with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you, including shipping.

Without Checkout+: Shipping damage is not covered under our standard return or warranty policies. We recommend purchasing Checkout+ at checkout to protect your order against damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged and you did not purchase Checkout+, please contact us and we will do our best to assist, but coverage is not guaranteed.
