The Sweat Tent Ice Bricks turn your freezer into an ice machine for cold therapy. Each collapsible silicone tray freezes into a big, solid brick that melts slower than cubed or bagged ice, holding your plunge colder for longer. One 6-tray set is sized to bring a full Sweat Tent Plunge down to a true 40°F — then refreeze and go again.

How it cools your plunge

We re-engineered ice for the plunge. Standard cubes and bagged ice melt fast and barely move the water temperature. Each Ice Brick freezes into a big, solid block that holds cold far longer. Our calculations show 5 bricks bring a full 85-gallon Plunge from 75°F down to a true 40°F at 75°F ambient temperature. We include a 6th tray as a backup — so you always have a spare on hand for melt-off or a faster refresh between sessions, guaranteeing a full cooldown every time.

    Pop out without cracking

    The flexible silicone base makes releasing massive solid ice blocks effortless. You just flex the edges and the solid brick glides straight out into your plunge.

    Easy to stack in frozen drawers

    The flat lid design lets me slide these directly onto tight freezer wire shelves without them freezing together. Perfect shape for keeping organized.
