- Do not use if you have active cancer or are undergoing cancer treatment, a photosensitive condition, or are taking photosensitizing medications.
- Use caution with epilepsy or sensitivity to bright/pulsing light, and with pacemakers or other implanted devices — check with your doctor.

How the SunPOD works
The pod surrounds you in clinically studied wavelengths of red and near-infrared (NIR) light. Unlike UV, red and NIR light are non-ionizing and penetrate the skin at different depths to support your body's natural processes.
Red · 660nm
Absorbs at the surface — supports skin, collagen, and superficial muscle.
Near-infrared · 850nm
Penetrates deeper into muscle, joints, and tissue for recovery and inflammation.
Consistency is key. Red light is cumulative — like exercise, a steady routine delivers the most lasting results. Most people notice benefits within 2–4 weeks of regular use.
Set up your pod
- Choose your spot. An open area with at least 2–3 ft of clearance on all sides, on a flat, stable, well-ventilated surface. Avoid carpet or flammable materials.
- Connect power. Plug the cord into a standard wall outlet (110–240V) using the included adapter if needed. Do not use extension cords or power strips.
- Step in. Open the zipper fully, step inside, sit or stand comfortably, and zip the pod closed from the inside.
- Start your session from the external controller — set your time and mode. The pod shuts off automatically when the session ends.

| Timer | Sets session length; auto shut-off at the end |

| Pulse (Hz) | Pulse frequency, 0–100Hz |
Your session
- Duration: 10–20 minutes per session.
- Frequency: 3–5 sessions per week for best results; daily use is safe for most people.
- Clothing: wear minimal clothing — light penetrates better through less fabric.
- Eyes: keep them closed or wear the included eye protection.
Some users feel benefits after 1–2 sessions, but the meaningful, lasting results come from a routine. Build regular sessions into your week.
Care
Keep the device clean and dry — wipe with a soft, dry cloth after use. Store in a cool, dry place using the carry bag. Do not use if the power cord or any component appears damaged. No user-serviceable parts inside; contact support for repairs.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Won't power on | Loose connection or outlet | Reseat the cord at the pod and the wall; try another outlet; confirm the adapter is connected |
| Some LEDs look dim/off | NIR (850nm) is nearly invisible to the eye | Normal — in NIR or Combination mode much of the light won't look bright |
| Shuts off mid-session | Timer reached the end | Normal auto shut-off; restart from the controller for another session |
| Controller unresponsive | Cable not seated | Reconnect the controller to the pod and power; power-cycle the unit |
FAQ
