Safety & contraindications

  • Wear the included eye protection, or keep your eyes closed. Do not stare directly into the panel — the light is bright and includes near-infrared you can't fully see.
  • Consult your physician first if you are pregnant, have any medical condition, or are unsure whether red light therapy is right for you.
  • Do not use if you have active cancer or are undergoing treatment, a photosensitive condition, or take photosensitizing medications.
  • Use caution with epilepsy or light sensitivity (the panel can pulse), and with pacemakers or other implanted devices — check with your doctor.
  • Do not operate near water and keep out of reach of children. Use only the supplied power cord and accessories.
  • Do not disassemble the panel. Disconnect from power when not in use.

The science, briefly

How the Panel works

The Panel delivers a 4-wavelength system — two red and two near-infrared — for the most complete targeted session. Red light supports the surface; near-infrared (including 810nm) penetrates deeper for muscle, joint, and tissue recovery.

Red · 630 + 660nm

Surface absorption — skin, collagen, circulation.

NIR · 810 + 850nm

Deeper penetration — recovery, inflammation, deep tissue.

Consistency and proper distance are key to getting the most from your sessions.

Quick start · button-operated

Get going

  1. Power on. Flip the power switch at the back of the panel, then press the ON/OFF button to begin.
  2. Set the timer. Press the Timer button to choose session length (5–60 min, 5-minute increments). The panel shuts off automatically when it ends.
  3. Set brightness. Press the Brightness button to toggle 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100%.
  4. Set pulse. Press the Pulse button to choose 0 / 10 / 20 / 30Hz.
  5. Pick a light mode (P1 / P2 / P3 — see below) and position yourself 6–12 in from the panel.

Light modes

P1Near-infrared — 810nm + 850nm (deep tissue, recovery)
P2Red — 630nm + 660nm (skin, surface)
P3Combo — all four wavelengths together

Getting results

Your session

  • Distance: 6–12 in (15–30 cm) from the panel.
  • Duration: 10–30 minutes.
  • Frequency: 1–2 sessions daily, 4–7 days per week.
  • Exposure: on bare skin for best results.

Results may vary depending on individual factors and consistency of use.

Troubleshooting

Issue Likely cause Fix
Panel won't power on Power cord not connected / switch off Check connections at the panel and wall outlet; turn on the main switch at the back
Remote unresponsive Battery depleted / signal blocked Replace the battery; remove obstacles between the remote and panel
LEDs not lighting Loose internal connection Turn off, reconnect all cables, and power back on
Some LEDs look dim Near-infrared is mostly invisible Normal — NIR (810/850nm) emits little visible light
Pulse not working Frequency set to 0Hz Increase the pulse frequency
Warm to touch / fan noise Normal operation High-performance LEDs generate heat; the cooling fan runs to maintain performance

Common questions

FAQ

Can I use the panel through clothing?

You can, but for best results use it on bare skin — fabric blocks some of the light.

Why do some LEDs appear dim?

The near-infrared LEDs (810 and 850nm) emit light that's mostly invisible to the eye. This is normal.

Will the panel turn off automatically?

Yes — it shuts off automatically when the timer ends.

Can I connect multiple panels together?

Yes, if your model supports panel linking via the digital link cable.
