Returns, Refund & Warranty Policy
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Return Policy:
- If your product arrives damaged, we will ship you a new product at no cost.
- You can return the product for a refund less restocking fees within 60 days of delivery. Return and restocking fees of 15% apply. The restocking fee covers return shipping, cleaning if required, and repackaging of the product. The product needs to be in its original condition and shipped with the original packaging to be accepted. If the product is not in its original condition and packaging it will NOT be accepted.
- Accessories and Wears are not eligible for returns. If accessories or wears arrive damaged please contact us at contact@sweattent.com.
- Any and all modifications to any products not authorized in writing by SweatTents, LLC are not eligible for returns and will be void from warranties.
Return Process:
- Please email contact@sweattent.com for return shipping labels within 60 days of the order date.
- Drop off labeled packages at a UPS location within 2 days of the label being sent.
- Once the product is received it will be inspected. If the return is accepted a refund will be issued within 1-2 weeks. The original payment method will be refunded less the 15% restocking fee.
